As our jewelry is individually handmade in small quantities, your order may take up to 5 working days to be processed before it is ready to ship. All orders are tracked and you will receive a reference number.

For orders within Singapore:

  • Free shipping, no minimums.
  • Delivery takes 2-3 working days after being processed.
  • For self-collection, please indicate your preferred date and time of pickup in the Notes section upon checkout and we will send you a confirmation email. We are located at 77 Duxton Road, Level 1, Singapore 089536 and open daily from 11am - 7pm.
  • For express/same day courier, do note that a small additional charge will apply. Please indicate your preferred date and time of delivery and a point of contact (name and mobile number) in the Notes section upon checkout. We will send you a confirmation email and invoice to make delivery payment.

 

For orders to the US:

  • Due to recent trade and tariff changes, we are no longer able to offer free or lower-cost shipping to the United States.
  • All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx International at a starting rate of US$43. We’ll reach out only if additional postage applies due to exceptional factors such as carrier surcharges or larger orders.
  • Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Customs clearance may also take longer than usual under the new tariff regulations, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • We’ll continue to monitor these developments closely and adjust our rates if conditions improve.

 

For orders outside of Singapore and the US:

  • Free standard shipping for orders $150 USD and above.
  • Flat rate shipping to all other destinations for orders under $150 USD.
  • Orders are shipped out by International Postal Mail by Air.
  • To upgrade to express courier shipping, please email us at hello@edenandelie.com. Additional charges apply according to the destination.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary according to your location and you may refer to this link for approximate delivery times. (Refer to 'Registered Package International') Please note that timeframes are an estimation and do not take into account delays at customs or your local service suspensions.
  • You will be responsible for any import/customs-related charges implemented by your destination country.

 

On the rare occasion of a delay or if something has unexpectedly sold out, we will inform you right away and you can choose to get a refund or select an alternative product.
