What we do
EDEN + ELIE is a design-led, socially conscious brand with a focus on creating jobs for communities in need. We train and employ artisans who are adults on the autism spectrum. We operate an artisan workspace out of Enabling Village as well as our newly opened flagship store at Duxton Rd. All our core team members work out of our Duxton Rd store and are part of delivering the retail experience for our customers.

Current Openings
Junior Brand Associate (Full-time)
As an ambassador for the Eden + Elie brand, you are passionate about the brand and what it represents.
You care about how things look and want to maintain a space that is welcoming, beautiful and represents the brand - from the way something is displayed, to the typeface of product cards, and what colors go well together. You are comfortable with social media and understand the power of storytelling. You look for ways to communicate the look and feel of the brand in all visual material through print or digital channels.
You are familiar with fashion merchandising and have a love for retail environments, from pop-ups to premium stores. You are passionate about how to create the most compelling displays that showcase our creations in a way that exudes the Brand's identity and creates a memorable experience for our customers. You are hands on about data and organised with handling sales reports, customer information and want to devise the best way to optimise sales.
This role involves working closely with our physical and digital store partners and requires you to visit different locations in Singapore. You will also have the opportunity to work on brand collaborations and manage project streams within the retail scope.
Requirements
- Good degree in a field of design and/or relevant experience in retail or merchandising with a beauty, fashion or aesthetic lifestyle product
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, ie Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Lightroom.
- Familiarity with social media trends, good copywriting skills
- Comfortable with numbers and data, detail-oriented and conscientious
- Photography skills and video editing skills highly desired
- 1-3 years experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore
Marketing Associate (Full-time)
You are a creative and independent thinker, with a passion for building deep engagement with our customers and the larger community. You are passionate about good design and creating social value and impact through storytelling.
You understand customer segments and how to speak to various needs. You are an excellent writer and have the ability to craft the right tone of voice and messages that come from a deep understanding of the brand.
You will help produce and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts and engages our target audience through our social channels, newsletter, blog and website. You've used or are willing to learn web-based email marketing tools, social media management programs.
You will help drive strategic collaborations with key industry players and organisations, with a clear understanding of desired outcomes. You have an analytical mind with interest in using data to optimise/scale
You have experience with project management, planning, overseeing and executing from start to finish with multiple deliverables and dependencies. You will participate in strategic planning sessions, but be able to work independently with regular check-ins, and be quick to pitch in for the team when a problem needs to be solved.
Qualifications
- Good degree in marketing, communications or social sciences.
- Competency in google suite, especially spreadsheets and data analysis
- Project management experience a must
- Excellent writing skills, newsletter writing a must, proposal writing highly desired
- 2-3 years relevant experience
